BASS SURGERY CENTER is a beautiful new multi-specialty outpatient surgery center seeking operating room nurses to join our team. Our services include: general surgery, orthopedic surgery, urology, ENT, and pain management. We have 4 large operating rooms and 13 beds.
We currently are searching for a Director of Nursing. The DON is responsible for all clinical policies and procedures. Adherence to all accreditation requirements for the facility. The DON is also responsible for the Quality Improvement/Risk Management Program for the center and Education Coordinator for the facility, as well. Assumes some responsibility of the Administrator in his/her absence. As a Registered Nurse, the DON is also responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge. Manage all areas of patient care including PreOp, PACU, and OR. Manage and supervise all clinical personnel. The DON must provide patient care as part of the team when needed.
