Starting in just a few months, January of 2025, ASCs must conduct the Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (OAS CAHPS) Survey, or face reduced Medicare reimbursement rates in 2027 onward. As of June 1, 2024, only 20 percent of ASCs across the country have selected an OAS CAHPS vendor.  CASA encourages all our members to start preparing now. 

New This Year - Accreditation Friday!!

The CASA Conference is September 4-6, 2024, in Anaheim, California at the Anaheim Marriott.  Friday, September 6th we will roll out “Accreditation Friday”.  The Friday program will be devoted to a series of general sessions addressing many of the top accreditation questions, areas of frequent non-compliance, and how to make accreditation elevate your ASC.

CASA Annual Board elections will be held this September at the CASA Annual Conference. There are 2 Board seats open, one of which must be filled by a physician.
