Fresno Surgical Hospital (FSH), a physician-owned, Joint Commission-accredited surgical hospital, is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its operations, drive strategic growth, and foster a high-performance culture. Located in Central California, FSH is recognized for delivering award-winning, patient-centered surgical care in a boutique hospital environment designed for comfort and healing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring the highest clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
Drive growth and expansion, increasing case volume and strengthening physician partnerships.
Oversee the strategic direction, business development, and operational efficiency of the hospital.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, ensuring an outstanding experience for patients, staff, and physician partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices for surgical hospitals.
Partner with Trinity Health, Dignity Health/CommonSpirit Health, and USPI to enhance hospital performance and governance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with a strong background in surgical hospital or surgical division operations.
Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-quality surgical environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience in EBITDA growth, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Ability to cultivate physician relationships and foster trust with clinical teams.
Strategic, hands-on leader who can drive change and build a culture of collaboration and excellence.
