Clinical Nurse Manager

El Dorado Surgery Center

Oversees clinical staff, patient care operations and administrative functions in the Ambulatory Surgery setting. Ensures high-quality Patient care, maintains compliance with healthcare regulations, supports staff performance and development.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations
Develop work schedules and assign duties
Manage and evaluate clinical staff performance
Monitor budgets, supplies and resource allocation
Collaborate with physicians, referring offices and administration
Train, mentor and support nursing personnel - Handle patient concerns and resolve conflicts - Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, policies and accreditation standards
Participate in staff hiring, onboarding and retention efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Active California Registered Nurse License
Several years of OR experience
Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong Communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Healthcare regulations
