On January 1, 2022, much of the No Surprises Act went into effect, including provisions pertinent to ASCs, such as the requirement to provide a good faith estimate to uninsured and self-pay individuals. To help our members understand the provisions and how they apply to ASCs, CASA has provided an ON-DEMAND, recorded webinar. The webinar will discuss the background of the No Surprises Act and the path to where it is today. It will delve into the requirements for ASCs and review California regulations and enforcements from the state level. The session will provide recommendations including a 10-step action plan to implement and comply with the regulations.
