HIPAA in the Digital and Technology Age

Americans are integrating technology more and more in their daily lives. Patients are expecting ASCs to utilize these devices in their care. Although there are many benefits, extra precautions need to be incorporated to assure patient privacy and litigation concerns.

This session will draw on industry and legal experts to discuss the benefits and safeguards ASCs should implement in their daily practices. Every ASC should be reviewing these issues and their policies to capitalize on the benefits and assure proper protections.

These meetings are always a great opportunity for you to connect with other ASCs in an informal atmosphere to discuss day to day operations as well as future technology concerns. Registration is easy and you are invited to join at the following locations.

The meetings will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will include lunch.
