Call for 2025 CASA Board Nominations
Submit Your Interest by August 13, 2025
Make your voice heard and help shape the future of California’s ambulatory surgery centers! CASA is now accepting nominations for its Board of Directors, with elections taking place at this year’s CASA Annual Conference in San Diego.
Four Board seats are open:
- Three full 4-year terms
- One 1-year term to fill a current vacancy
Serving on the CASA Board is a unique opportunity to support your peers, influence key decisions, and advance the ASC industry across the state. We encourage all dedicated professionals from CASA’s voting membership—regardless of center type or affiliation—to consider applying.
What We’re Looking For:
The CASA Nominating Committee will thoughtfully review all candidates, considering factors such as geographic diversity, representation of freestanding and corporate ASCs, and past service to CASA.

Please submit your resume or CV and a brief cover letter outlining:
- Why you are interested in serving on the CASA Board
- Any past volunteer contributions to CASA

What’s Next:
- The final Board slate will be sent to CASA members no later than August 22, 2025.
- Elections will be held at the Annual General Membership Meeting on Thursday, September 4, 2025, in conjunction with the Annual Conference.
