CASA education for ASC Administrators—Whether you’re a rising administrator learning the essentials or a seasoned leader sharpening your edge
Administrators are expected to master regulatory and accreditation requirements, lead and retain high-performing teams, support the clinical environment, and still drive financial and operational performance—all in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.
The Administrator Mastery Series is a new monthly, ongoing education series designed specifically for ASC Administrators who are balancing it all. Each session delivers practical, real-world education focused on the core responsibilities of the administrator role—from compliance and governance to team management, payer strategy, operational efficiency, and opportunities to strengthen financial performance.
These sessions are built to support administrators not just as business leaders, but as partners to their clinical teams—helping ensure safe, compliant, and efficient care delivery while keeping the center financially strong.
The series is designed to provide actionable insights, proven strategies, and practical tools administrators can apply immediately in their ASC.
Think of it as mastery in motion—education that builds month over month, strengthens confidence, and supports administrators in leading successful, sustainable surgery centers.
Sessions will be held on the last Wednesday of the month, from 3 - 4 pm. We will offer CEUs and, when possible, AEUs and occasionally IPCHs if they are in scope. Bought to you at the almost underground price of $45.00 per session, you can pick and choose what you'd like to attend; however, they will all be great! Sessions will be recorded and available ON-Demand for those who attended and would like to go back and re-listen. They can also be purchased afterwards on demand at $55.00.
This series will cover different topics from our incredible Annual Conference, which is the most amazing concentrated learning opportunity we offer our members.
If you have a specific session you'd like us to add, please email CASA's Executive Director, Karen Reiter, at kreiter@casurgery.org, and I'll add it to our list so we can cover all of you!
