CASA Regional Meetings on EHR Preparation
Is your ASC considering a move to Electronic Health Records?
What does it mean for a center? Why is it important? Where do you begin?
The California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA) would like to personally invite you to a networking luncheon & program to assist ASCs in preparing for electronic health records (EHR). Although there is no regulatory mandate at this time, conversion to an EHR is a significant business decision that needs to be appropriately thought through. ASCs should be investigating the benefits as well as the implications of converting to an EHR system. This educational presentation will discuss the components, benefits, business and HIPAA considerations ASCs should be exploring. Attendees will come away with critical steps to help them prepare and make the appropriate decision.
These meetings are always a great opportunity for you to connect with other ASCs in an informal atmosphere to discuss day to day operations as well as future technology concerns.

The meetings will begin at 11:30 AM and will close at 2:00 PM. Lunch is provided.
Registration for CASA Members is $50, Non Member rate is $100.
