Assistant Director of Education
Ambulatory Surgery Center Association
The Assistant Director of Education will support the strategic development, implementation and management of ASCA’s educational programs as well as collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality educational content. In addition to these responsibilities, the Assistant Director will also serve as the Executive Director of the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification (BASC). This dual role involves overseeing the certification process and ensuring that the highest standards of professional development and continuing education are upheld.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed registered nurse with a baccalaureate degree in nursing
- At least five years of work experience in a leadership role in the ambulatory surgery industry
- Preferred background in education or experience as an educator
