CEO/Facility Administrator

As the CEO/Facility Administrator, you’ll lead the strategy, performance, and operations of one SCA Health facility - with full P&L ownership. You’ll drive clinical excellence, fuel growth, and build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

- Lead with Clinical Excellence
- Champion a culture of safety and zero patient harm
- Partner with physicians to deliver outstanding patient experiences
- Drive adoption of best-in-class clinical quality standards
- Build & Inspire High-Performing Teams
- Recruit, develop, and lead top clinical and operational talent
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Empower teams with the tools and support to succeed
- Drive Growth & Physician Partnerships
- Increase case volume through strategic service line expansion and physician engagement
- Build strong relationships with physicians, health systems, and community partners
- Execute growth strategies that enhance market presence
- Own Operations & Financial Performance
- Manage full P&L and operational excellence of the center
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care
- Lead strategic planning aligned with local market needs
What You Bring
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in ASC, outpatient, or surgical settings preferred
- Strong business, clinical, and relationship-building acumen
- Ability to lead through change and inspire teams
