Administrators are expected to master compliance, lead high-performing teams, support clinicians, and drive operational and financial performance - all within a complex healthcare landscape.
CASA’s Administrator Mastery Series is a monthly education program designed specifically for ASC administrators. Each session delivers practical, real-world strategies for compliance, governance, team leadership, payer insights, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
These sessions empower administrators to:
- Lead with confidence and strengthen partnerships with clinical teams
- Ensure centers are safe, efficient, and financially healthy
- Apply practical strategies immediately - building month over month
- Earn CEUs, AEUs, and IPCHs (where appropriate) with each session
Sessions will typically be held on the last Wednesday of the month from 3:00 - 4:00 PM. We will offer CEUs/AEUs and, when appropriate, IPCHs. Brought to you at the almost underground price of $45.00 per session, you can pick and choose which sessions you'd like to attend - although we think they’ll all be great! Sessions will be recorded and available on-demand for attendees who would like to listen again. They may also be purchased on-demand afterward for $55.00.
