Clinical Nurse Manager
El Dorado Surgery Center
Oversees clinical staff, patient care operations and administrative functions in the Ambulatory Surgery setting. Ensures high-quality Patient care, maintains compliance with healthcare regulations, supports staff performance and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations
- Develop work schedules and assign duties
- Manage and evaluate clinical staff performance
- Monitor budgets, supplies and resource allocation
- Collaborate with physicians, referring offices and administration
- Train, mentor and support nursing personnel - Handle patient concerns and resolve conflicts - Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, policies and accreditation standards
- Participate in staff hiring, onboarding and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active California Registered Nurse License
- Several years of OR experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong Communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Healthcare regulations
