We’re happy to have you participating in our CASA 2026 Annual Conference this September! As an exhibitor, you are an important part of what makes our event impactful and engaging for attendees. Exhibitor Kit

CASA has partnered with TRICORD Tradeshow Services for 2026. They will be reaching out in June with your Exhibitor Kit login and deadlines. 

Your booth includes the following:

  • 8' High Back Drape
  • 3' High Side Rails
  • (1) 6' Skirted Table
  • (2) Side Chairs
  • (1) Waste Basket
  • (1) 7'x 44" ID Sign
  • Exhibition Hall Carpet will be the standard hotel carpet.

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL SHIPMENTS BE ROUTED THROUGH TRICORD TO AVOID DELIVERY ISSUES AND ENSURE TIMELY ARRIVAL AT THE MCC.
  • All materials will be dropped into your booth.
  • If you choose not to use Tricord, you will be responsible for transporting your materials your items to the conference center.
  • The Monterey Conference Center is a union-regulated facility. Please refer to page 13 in the exhibitor kit regarding all material handling.

Lead Retrieval 

Lead retrieval allows exhibitors to easily collect attendee contact information by scanning badges during the conference. This streamlined process allows you to easily scan attendee badges to capture contact details, add notes and export data directly to your email or smartphone as an excel file or spreadsheet. Lead Retrieval is provided through our conference app partner.

Choose between two options: Standard Lead Retrieval or Advanced Lead Retrieval. The Advanced option allows you to preconfigure custom qualification questions tailored specifically to your organization’s needs.

Each package includes 3 user seats for your team, with the option to add additional seats, as needed.

Exhibitor Badges

Standard booths will receive two exhibitor badges unless stated otherwise; each additional badge is $300.
Badge request forms will be distributed in August.

Exhibitor Special Event Tickets

Saddle up for a night of connections, great food, and unforgettable fun at CASA’s Special Event on Thursday, September 4! Network with attendees, enjoy dinner, and take in lively entertainment under the stars.

Exhibitor tickets are available for $125 per person. Spots are limited, and tickets can be purchased through the Badge Request form (available in August).

Don your best “Boots, Barn, and Starlight” attire and get ready for a toe-tappin’, star-shinin’ good time.

Conference Sponsorship

Looking to maximize your presence at the conference? Exhibitors have the opportunity to enhance their visibility by adding a sponsorship.

Sponsorships offer increased brand exposure, additional recognition in event materials, and more opportunities to connect with attendees beyond your booth. It’s a great way to elevate your impact and stand out on the show floor.

Attendee List

The pre-attendee list will be emailed to all exhibitors during the week of August 18.
The post-attendee list will be shared with exhibitors the week following the conclusion of the conference.

2027 CASA Conference Exhibit Hall

CASA 2027 will take place September 8 - 10 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. Booth sales for the 2027 CASA Conference will open on Thursday, September 3 at 2:00 PM.

Exhibitors may reserve their booth on-site at the registration desk.
